Green transformation and sustainable development path of printing and dyeing industry chain under the"Dual Carbon"goals
在全球气候治理加速推进的背景下,印染产业作为纺织行业的核心碳排环节,面临"双碳"目标的系统性转型挑战.基于产业链全生命周期视角,综观绿色技术创新与制度协同机制.通过生物基纤维替代、无水染色工艺升级、末端资源化治理等技术突破,重构生产端的碳排放结构;纵向产业链协同与横向产业共生模式,促使能源与资源实现跨环节优化配置;而碳配额分配机制与绿色金融工具创新,则从政策与市场双维度提供转型驱动力.最终提出实现印染业深度脱碳需要构建技术、供应链、制度的联动体系.
In the context of accelerated global climate governance,the printing and dyeing industry,as the core carbon emission link in the textile industry,faces systematic transformation challenges under the"Du-al Carbon"goals.From the perspective of the entire life cycle of the industry chain,the green technological in-novation and institutional collaboration mechanisms are reviewed.Through technological breakthroughs such as the substitution of bio-based fibers,the upgrading of waterless dyeing processes,and the end-of-life re-source management,the carbon emission structure at the production end is reconstructed.The vertical indus-trial chain collaboration and the horizontal industrial symbiosis model promote the cross-linkage optimization of energy and resources across links.While the carbon quota allocation mechanism and the innovation of green financial tools provide transformation driving forces from both policy and market dimensions.Finally,it is proposed that to achieve the deep decarbonization of the dyeing industry,a linkage system of technology,sup-ply chain,and system needs to be constructed.
