高速涡轮手机与超声骨刀去骨对颌骨囊肿患者术后疼痛、肿胀及预后的影响OA

Objective To compare and analyze the application effects of high-speed turbine handpiece and ultrasonic bone scalpel for bone removal in the treatment of patients with jaw cyst.Methods A total of 160 patients with jaw cyst admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to August 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 80 patients in each group.The control group received treatment using a high-speed turbine handpiece for bone removal,while the observation group underwent treatment with an ultrasonic bone scalpel for bone removal.The surgery-related indicators,postoperative pain degree,postoperative swelling,bone healing,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had longer operative time,less intraoperative blood loss,better bone healing state,and lower Visual Analog Scale(VAS)pain scores and swelling degree scores at various postoperative time points,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of complications(3.75%vs.6.25%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Although it prolongs the operative time,the ultrasonic bone scalpel for bone removal offers advantages such as reduced bleeding,less pain and swelling,and improved bone healing effect,without serious complications,which contributes to better patients'prognosis,and is worthy of clinical reference.
