脑电与肌电生物反馈联合目标导向性训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响OA
Impact of Electroencephalographic and Electromyographic Biofeedback Com-bined with Goal-Directed Training on Motor Function of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy
目的 探讨脑电与肌电生物反馈联合目标导向性训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 10 月至2024年5月我院收治的146例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,随机分为两组.对照组采用目标导向性训练,研究组在对照组基础上采用脑电与肌电生物反馈.比较两组的治疗效果、粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)评分、改良Ashworh量表(MAS)等级、步行耐力和能量消耗.结果 研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的GMFM各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的上肢、下肢MAS等级均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的 6 min步行距离、10 min步行速度均高于对照组,PCI低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 脑电与肌电生物反馈联合目标导向性训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的效果确切,可有效提升患儿的粗大运动功能及步行耐力,降低患儿肌张力及能量消耗.
Objective To investigate the impact of electroencephalographic and electromyographic biofeedback combined with goal-directed training on motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 146 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received goal-directed training alone,while the study group was given electroencephalographic and electromyographic biofeedback on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,scores of the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM),grade of Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),walking endurance and energy consumption were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of GMFM in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MAS grades of upper and lower limbs in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance and 10-minute walking speed in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while PCI was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Electroencephalographic and electromyographic biofeedback combined with goal-directed training has exact effect in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy,which can effectively improve the gross motor function and walking endurance of children,reduce their muscle tone and energy consumption.
