多层螺旋CT联合3D打印辅助人工髋关节置换术在老年髋部骨折中的应用价值OA
Application Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT Combined with 3D Printing-As-sisted Total Hip Arthroplasty for Senile Hip Fractures
目的 探讨多层螺旋CT联合3D打印辅助人工髋关节置换术在老年髋部骨折中的应用价值.方法 选取 2023年 1 月至2025年1月本院收治的110例髋部骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式分为对照组与研究组,各 55 例.对照组采用常规手术治疗,研究组采用多层螺旋CT联合 3D打印辅助人工髋关节置换术.比较两组的围术期指标、复位效果、髋关节功能以及术后并发症.结果 研究组的术中出血量低于对照组,手术时间、术后下床活动时间、术后首次负重时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).研究组的手术复位效果优于对照组(P<0.05).术后3 个月,研究组的Harris量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 多层螺旋CT联合 3D打印辅助人工髋关节置换术治疗老年髋部骨折患者可缩短手术用时,减轻手术创伤,提高复位效果,利于患者术后关节功能的恢复,且安全性较高.
Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT combined with 3D printing-assisted total hip arthroplasty for senile hip fractures.Methods A total of 110 patients with hip fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the study group according to the treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgical treatment,while the study group underwent multi-slice spiral CT combined with 3D printing-assisted total hip arthroplasty.The perioperative indicators,reduction effect,hip joint function,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time,postoperative ambulation time,and postoperative first weight-bearing time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The surgical reduction effect of the study group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the scores of all dimensions of Harris scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT combined with 3D printing-assisted total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of senile patients with hip fractures can shorten the operation time,reduce surgical trauma,improve the reduction effect,and facilitate the recovery of the patients'joint function after surgery,with higher safety.
