Research Progress on Toxicity of Bisphenol A to Livestock and Poultry
双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)是一种环境内分泌干扰化学物质,广泛应用于塑料生产.由于BPA的大量生产和使用,对人类和动物健康构成威胁.本文系统梳理了近些年国内外关于BPA毒性效应的研究成果,全面综述了BPA的暴露来源和途径、在动物体内的代谢转化以及对畜禽健康的毒性作用进展,有助于提高对BPA毒性的认识,以期为深入研究BPA的动物毒性机理,预防BPA在畜禽养殖中的危害提供有价值的参考资料.
Bisphenol A(BPA)is an environmental endocrine disrupting chemical which widely used in plastic production.Due to the large-scale production and use of BPA,it poses a threat to human and animal health.This article systematically sorts out the research results on the toxic effects of BPA at home and abroad in recent years,and comprehensively reviews the sources and routes of BPA exposure,its metabolic transformation in animals,as well as the progress of its toxic effects on livestock and poultry health.It will help to improve the understanding of the toxicity of BPA,and is expected to provide valuable reference materials for in-depth studies on the animal toxicity mechanism of BPA and prevention of the hazards of BPA in livestock and poultry farming.
