在隧洞工程中隧洞掌子面作为隧洞掘进过程中最前端的开挖面,其形态和稳定性是隧洞施工安全与质量监控的核心.为了实现对隧洞掌子面形态的高精度监测、变形分析以及三维重建等,笔者提出了一种新的基于布料模拟滤波技术的隧洞掌子面点云提取方法.该方法首先通过XOY投影与主成分分析法提取隧洞的纵向及横向方向,然后将隧洞点云绕横向方向旋转,对旋转后的点云进行布料模拟滤波提取得到隧洞掌子面点云以及非掌子面点云,最终将点云坐标还原回原来的坐标系.该方法为隧洞工程的数字化管理、变形监测及安全评估提供了有力支持.笔者详细阐述了布料模拟滤波的基本原理,设计了适用于隧洞掌子面点云提取的算法流程,并通过实验验证了该方法的有效性和优越性.实验结果表明,基于布料模拟滤波的隧洞掌子面点云提取方法具有高效、准确、完整、鲁棒性强的特点,具有广泛的应用前景和推广价值.

In tunnel engineering,the tunnel face,as the foremost excavation surface during tunneling,plays a crucial role in safety and quality control.Its morphology and stability are at the core of these concerns.To achieve high-precision monitoring,deformation analysis,and three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction of tunnel faces,this paper introduces a novel point cloud extraction method based on Cloth Simulation Filtering(CSF)technology.This approach first extracts the tunnel's strike and transverse directions using XOY projection and principal component analysis(PCA).The tunnel point cloud is then rotated around the transverse direction,after which Cloth Simulation Filtering is applied to the rotated point cloud to separate the tunnel face point cloud from the non-face point cloud.Finally,the point cloud coordinates are restored to the original coordinate system.This method offers robust support for digital management,deformation monitoring,and safety assessment in tunnel engineering.The paper elaborates on the fundamental principles of Cloth Simulation Filtering,designs an algorithmic process tailored for point cloud extraction of tunnel faces,and verifies the method's effectiveness and superiority through experiments.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed tunnel face point cloud extraction method,based on Cloth Simulation Filtering,is highly efficient,accurate,complete,and robust,highlighting its broad application prospects and significant value for adoption.
