卵泡发育是雌性哺乳动物繁殖活动的基础,主要包括原始卵泡的形成、卵泡募集、优势卵泡选择、成熟卵泡排卵以及贯穿整个发育过程的卵泡闭锁.铁死亡作为一种新型的细胞程序性死亡方式,在卵泡发育,尤其是闭锁过程中发挥着关键作用.本文系统综述了铁死亡的作用机制,重点阐述铁死亡对卵泡闭锁、原始卵泡激活和卵母细胞成熟的影响,以及抗氧化剂对其的调控作用,以期为相关研究提供理论参考.

Ovarian folliculogenesis is fundamental to the reproductive activity of female mammals,encompassing the formation of primordial follicles,follicular recruitment,dominant follicle selection,ovulation of mature follicles,and the follicular atresia process that persists throughout development.Ferroptosis,a novel form of regulated cell death,plays a critical role in follicular development,particularly during atresia.This review systematically explores the molecular mechanisms of ferroptosis,emphasizing its impact on follicular atresia,primordial follicle activation,and oocyte maturation,as well as the regulatory effects of antioxidants on ferroptosis.The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for further research in this domain.
