Acupuncture regulates tumor microenvironment:research progress on anti-tumor mechanism of immune regulation and metabolic reprogramming
针灸具备扶正祛邪、疏通经络、促进气血运行、调和脏腑、调节阴阳等作用,可通过调节机体免疫反应及代谢途径,抑制肿瘤进展并减轻治疗不良反应.该文探讨了针灸在肿瘤微环境调控中的应用机制,特别关注其对免疫系统的调节作用和代谢重编程的影响,归纳近年来针灸与肿瘤微环境相互作用的研究机制,着重分析了中西医学结合的创新模式及其在临床应用中的潜力.通过夯实现有的研究成果,为未来的综合抗肿瘤策略提供新的视角和思路.
Acupuncture has the functions of reinforcing the body's defenses,eliminating pathogenic fac-tors,unblocking meridians,promoting the circulation of qi and blood,harmonizing internal organs,and regula-ting yin and yang.It can regulate the body's immune response and metabolic pathways,inhibit tumor progres-sion,and alleviate treatment side effects.This article explores the application mechanism of acupuncture in the regulation of tumor microenvironment,particularly focusing on its regulatory effect on the immune system and the impact on metabolic reprogramming.It summarizes the research mechanisms of the interaction be-tween acupuncture and tumor microenvironment in recent years,and particularly analyzes the innovative mod-el combining Chinese and Western medicine and its potential in clinical applications.By consolidating the exist-ing research results,it provides new perspectives and ideas for future comprehensive anti-tumor strategies.
