针对土石坝现场检查记录多为定性、非结构化数据导致后续定量评价存在较大不确定性的问题,本文提出一种改进的综合评价模型.首先系统构建了面向土石坝检查部位和内容的现场检查评价体系,并设计了易于规范化记录的检查等级划分及评分标准;然后提出改进"TOPSIS-FAHP-CRITIC"主客观组合赋权综合评价模型;最后将该模型应用于某土石坝现场检查实践.结果表明,该综合评价模型能够有效解决土石坝现场检查中定性、模糊性记录的不足,同时也能较好地克服主观赋值带来的不确定性,评价结果与实际情况高度相符,证明了其在土石坝现场检查状况评估中的合理性和有效性.

To address the issue of significant uncertainty in subsequent quantitative evaluations caused by qualitative and unstructured data in field inspection records of earth-rock dams,this paper proposes an improved comprehensive evaluation model.First,a systematic field inspection evaluation system was constructed,focusing on the inspection parts and contents of earth-rock dams,along with a standardized grading and scoring criteria designed for easy record normalization.Then,an improved"TOPSIS-FAHP-CRITIC"comprehensive evaluation model combining subjective and objective weighting methods was proposed.Finally,the model was applied to the field inspection practice of an earth-rock dam.The results show that this comprehensive evaluation model effectively resolves the shortcomings of qualitative and ambiguous records in field inspections of earth-rock dams,and mitigates the uncertainty introduced by subjective weighting.The evaluation results are highly consistent with the actual conditions,demonstrating the rationality and effectiveness of the model in assessing the field inspection status of earth-rock dams.
