安家峪尾矿库6号排水井泄洪能力数值模拟分析OA
Numerical Simulation Analysis of Flood Discharge Capacity of No.6 Drainage Well in Anjiayu Tailing Reservoir
以承德安家峪尾矿库6号排水井为研究对象,利用Flow-3D中的RNG k-ε湍流模型和有限差分离散方法对其进行了数值模拟研究,获得了不同堰上水头下的排水井泄流能力、水流流态、水流流速和动水压力等水力学指标.研究发现,6号排水井的泄流能力随着堰上水头的增大呈现先迅速增大后增幅放缓再基本不变的趋势.各水头下的消能坑紊动幅度较大,支洞的水流撞击主隧洞边壁后引起螺旋流和小范围回流等流态,符合湍流模型的变化特征.由于该排水井的竖井较高,水流经过落入消能坑时会出现负压,数值模拟情况与实际工程中遇到的问题极为接近,对此现象可以在竖井内设置掺气坎和通气管,从而避免对排洪系统造成的潜在危害.水流落入消能坑内会对消能坑底部产生较大的压力,宜加强对此区域的结构防护设计.安家峪尾矿库6号排水井的设计合理,可满足所需的排洪要求,为该尾矿库的安全运行提供依据.
In this paper,the No.6 drainage well of Chengde Anjiayu Tailing reservoir is taken as the research object,the RNG k-ε turbulence model in Flow-3D and finite difference discretization method are employed to carry out numerical simulation.The hydraulic indexes such as discharge capacity,flow pattern,flow velocity and dynamic water pressure under different weir head are obtained.It is found that the discharge capacity of the No.6 drainage well increases rapidly with the increase of the head in front of the weir,then the increase rate slows down and finally remains stable.The turbulence range of the shaft under each head is large,and the flow of the branch tunnel impinges on the side wall of the main tunnel,resulting in spiral flow and a small range of reflux,which conforms to the characteristics of turbulence model.Due to the high vertical shaft of the drainage well,negative pressure will occur when the water flow falls into the force dissipation well,and the numerical simulation situation is very close to the problem encountered in the actual project.For this phenomenon,air entrainment canister and snorkel can be set up in the shaft,so as to avoid causing harm to the flood drainage system.Water flowing into a force dissipation well will produce a large pressure at the bottom of the force dissipation well,so it is advisable to strengthen the structural protection design in this area.The design of the No.6 drainage well in Anjiayu tailing reservoir is reasonable and can meet the required flood discharge requirements.The research in this paper could provide a basis for the safe operation of the tailing reservoir.
