Study on Computer Simulation Technology for Hump Rolling Operation

通过对驼峰溜放作业原理的分析,设计出一套可靠的峰上和峰下车列区段占用情况分析方法,从而保证溜放进路仿真的可行性;通过综合分析钩车在溜放过程的受力情况,设计相关算法得出钩车在溜放全过程的实时速度和加速度值,通过对速度的积分得到溜放前进的位移量,从而模拟钩车走行.计算过程中对轨道区段属性和车辆的长度质量模型进行适当的等效替代和简化,保证速度加速度算法实施的可行性和效率.最终由理论模型设计得到一套计算机仿真软件,实现驼峰溜放作业的全过程图形仿真.

Firstly,based on an analysis of the hump rolling operation principles,a set of reliable analysis methods for the section occupancy situation of train sets on and below the hump is designed to ensure the feasibility of rolling route simulation.Secondly,based on an analysis of the forces acting on the cut during the whole rolling process,the relevant algorithm is designed to obtain the real-time speed and acceleration information of the cut during the whole rolling process,and the velocity integral is used to obtain the forward displacement of the rolling process,enabling the simulation of the cut running process.In the calculation process,the attributes of track section and the model of vehicle length and mass are subjected to appropriate equivalent replacement and simplification to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of the final speed and acceleration algorithm.Finally,a set of computer simulation software is derived from the theoretical model,and the graphical simulation of the whole process of hump rolling operation is achieved.
