蠲痛祛瘀方配合毫火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果观察OA

Objective:To observe the efficacy of filiform fire needling combined with the Juantong Quyu Formula(Pain-Alleviating and Stasis-Removing Formula)in treating postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:Ninety-three patients were randomly divided into a control group(46 cases)and an observation group(47 cases).Both groups received filiform fire needling treatment,and the observation group additionally received the Juantong Quyu Formula.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed lower pain intensity(P＜0.05),shorter pain duration,and reduced attack frequency compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Levels of β-endorphin(β-EP)were higher,whereas prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Additionally,levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1 β(IL-1 β),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the Juantong Quyu Formula and filiform fire needling could enhance therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of PHN.
