天然气净化厂常规硫磺回收+尾气处理工艺中,存在极低负荷下低热量硫磺无法回收的问题,通常只能通过更换设备或改进工艺来应对,不仅增加了投资成本,延长了改造周期,还降低了回报率.探索一种极低负荷下克劳斯硫磺回收衍生工艺,以解决现有设计底限不足和系统温度控制较高的问题.研究结果表明:创新应用次热量克劳斯硫磺回收工艺可降低常规克劳斯床层控制温度,一、二级克劳斯反应器温度比常规克劳斯反应器温度低50~100℃,拓宽了常规克劳斯工艺处理范围,并有效满足极低负荷下硫磺回收与尾气处理装置的正常运行需求;同时采用过量空气操作可实现H2S与SO2比值非精确控制在2∶1,降低操作难度.通过现场应用可知,极低负荷下克劳斯硫磺回收衍生工艺可实现总硫磺收率>99.8%,尾气SO2外排浓度<100 mg/m3,远低于国家尾气外排标准.极低负荷下克劳斯硫磺回收衍生工艺操作难度较低,赋予了极低负荷下次热量克劳斯硫磺回收工艺操作更大的灵活性和简便性,可为同类装置提供参考.

In conventional sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment processes at natural gas purification plants,there exists a problem that low-heat sulfur cannot be recovered under extremely low load conditions.Typically,this can only be addressed by replacing equipment or improving the process.However,this not only increases investment and extends the modification cycle but also reduces the return rate.This study explores a derivative Claus sulfur recovery process under extremely low load to address the problems of insufficient existing design lower limit and high system temperature control.Research results show that the innovative application of a sub-heat Claus sulfur recovery process can reduce the conventional Claus bed control temperature.The temperatures in the primary and secondary Claus reactors are 50~100℃ lower than those in conventional Claus reactors.This expands the operational range of the conventional Claus process and effectively meets the requirements for normal operation of sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment units under extremely low load.Meanwhile,operation with excess air can achieve non-precise control of the H2S to SO2 ratio at 2∶1,reducing operational difficulty.Field application results show that the derivative Claus sulfur recovery process under extremely low load can achieve a total sulfur recovery rate exceeding 99.8%,with tail gas SO2 emission concentration below 100 mg/m3,far lower than national emission standards.The derivative Claus sulfur recovery process under extremely low load has lower operational difficulty,providing greater flexibility and simplicity for operating the sub-heat Claus sulfur recovery process under extremely low load,and can serve as a reference for similar units.
