"双高计划"项目建设过程中存在的内部控制缺陷及优化对策OA

Vocational colleges are confronted with a host of problems in the process of constructing the"Double High-Level Plan",such as an incomplete supervision system,lowered management and control standards for the"Double High-Level Plan"projects,and an imperfect performance appraisal system.These problems have hindered the in-depth advancement of the"Double High-Level Plan".In response to the above-mentioned problems,optimization measures are put forward,including strengthening the construction of internal control culture,optimizing the organizational structure,enhancing the manage-ment of the project database,establishing a full-process supervision system,improving the performance target system,and strengthening the application of performance evaluation results.
