Structural Hidden Defects and Treatment of Blast Furnace Cast Yard Platform
统筹发展和安全,提高防范化解重大安全风险的能力水平,是钢铁企业面临的重要课题.针对某高炉结构存在的隐患缺陷情况,分析了其出现损伤的原因,发现出现损伤的最主要的是混凝土与钢结构,提供了两种加固处理方案,保障了高炉出铁的平稳顺行.
Coordinating development and safety,and enhancing the capability to prevent and defuse ma-jor safety risks,is an important issue for iron and steel enterprises.In view of the hidden defects in a blast furnace structure,the causes of damage are analyzed,concrete and steel structures are identified as the main damaged parts,and two reinforcement schemes are proposed to ensure stable and smooth blast fur-nace tapping.
