为系统解决八高炉矿槽区域无组织排放问题,采用"源头密闭、过程优化、末端治理"的综合方案,重点推进矿槽卸料小车全密封改造、环保筛设备整体更新及皮带输送系统清洁化升级,同步优化除尘系统风量配置,实现精准匹配与动态平衡,消除风量失衡问题.同时构建融合视频智能识别、TSP 在线监测与微站预警功能的智慧环保管控平台,实现无组织排放实时监测、智能诊断与自适应调控能力.改造后矿槽区域无组织排放得到有效控制,岗位环境改善显著,年减排颗粒物约194 吨,成为矿槽环保综合治理的成功案例.

To address the issue of fugitive emissions in the stockhouse of Blast Furnace No.8,this pro-ject adopts a comprehensive approach of"source containment,process optimization,and end treatment".It focuses on promoting the sealing modification of main charging belt convevor,updating Environmental Vibratory screen,and upgrading the stockhouse supply system,The air volume configuration of the dust removal system is optimized to achieve dynamic balance.A smart environmental protection management and control platform is established,integrating video intelligent recognition,TSP monitoring,and Air mi-cro station early warning functions to achieve real-time monitoring and intelligent regulation of fugitive e-missions.After the transformation,fugitive emissions have been effectively controlled,the environment has been significantly improved,and the annual reduction of particulate matter has reached approximately 194 tons,making it a successful case of comprehensive environmental protection treatment for stockhouse.
