城乡融合赋能高质量充分就业的理论逻辑与实证检验OACHSSCD
Theoretical Logic and Empirical Test of Urban-Rural Integration Empowering High-quality and Full Employment
城乡融合是构建新型城乡关系、促进城乡协调发展的重要举措,对高质量充分就业具有重要推动作用.文章以2007-2024年我国280个地级及以上城市为研究对象,探讨城乡融合对高质量充分就业的影响及作用机制.结果表明,城乡融合对高质量充分就业具有显著促进作用,并且存在地理分割程度异质性.中介效应检验结果表明,乡村产业振兴、创业活跃度提升、创新活跃度提升是城乡融合赋能高质量充分就业的三大重要作用机制,即城乡融合能够通过促进乡村产业振兴、提升创业活跃度和创新活跃度间接赋能高质量充分就业.
Urban-rural integration is an important measure to build a new type of urban-rural relationship and promote coor-dinated urban-rural development,playing an important role in promoting high-quality and full employment.Taking 280 prefec-ture-level and above cities in China from 2007 to 2024 as the research object,this paper discusses the impact and mechanism of urban-rural integration on high-quality and full employment.The results show that urban-rural integration has a significant pro-moting effect on high-quality and full employment,and that there exists heterogeneity in the degree of geographic segmentation.The results of the mediation effect test show that rural industrial revitalization,entrepreneurial activity enhancement,and innova-tion activity enhancement are the three important mechanisms through which urban-rural integration empowers high-quality and full employment.That is,urban-rural integration can indirectly promote high-quality and full employment by promoting rural in-dustrial revitalization and enhancing entrepreneurial and innovation activity.
