绿色发展是高质量发展的底色,新质生产力本身就是绿色生产力.文章根据绿色低碳新质生产力的内涵,基于绿色低碳技术创新、绿色低碳要素创新、绿色低碳产业创新三个维度构建绿色低碳新质生产力评价指标体系,采用改进熵值法测度2013-2024年中国30个省份的绿色低碳新质生产力水平,并对其影响因素展开分析.研究表明:中国绿色低碳新质生产力水平稳步提高,但整体仍处于初级发展阶段;各省份绿色低碳新质生产力水平具有空间相关性,并呈现空间集聚特征;区域内部绿色低碳新质生产力水平差异扩大,且出现极化现象;绿色低碳新质生产力水平的整体差异持续扩大,且主要来自区域间差异;数字普惠金融、人口总量、要素市场化、产业集聚、数字基础设施、政府干预是影响绿色低碳新质生产力水平的重要因素.

Green development is the background color of high-quality development,and new quality productivity itself is green productivity.Based on the connotation of green low-carbon new quality productivity,this paper establishes an evaluation in-dex system for green low-carbon new quality productivity from three dimensions:green low-carbon technology innovation,green low-carbon factor innovation,and green low-carbon industrial innovation.The improved entropy method is used to measure the level of green low-carbon new quality productivity in 30 provinces of China from 2013 to 2024,and the influencing factors are an-alyzed.The results go as below:The level of China's green low-carbon new quality productivity has steadily improved,but overall it is still in the primary stage of development.The level of green low-carbon new quality productivity in each province shows spa-tial correlation and presents spatial agglomeration characteristics.The gap in green low-carbon new quality productivity level within regions has widened,and polarization has emerged.The overall disparity in green low-carbon new quality productivity level continues to widen,mainly due to regional differences.Digital inclusive finance,total population,factor marketization,industrial agglomeration,digital infrastructure,and government intervention are important factors affecting green low-carbon new quality productivity level.
