基于"脑髓-脑玄府"理论分期辨治伴皮质下梗死和白质脑病的常染色体显性遗传性脑动脉病OA

Using the"brain marrow-brain Xuanfu"theory,this study categorizes and treats cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy(CADASIL).The core pathogenesis of this disease is"brain marrow malnutrition and dysfunction of the brain Xuanfu",and its progression follows a dynamic evolutionary pattern of a prodromal phase,a progressive phase,and a terminal decline phase.The study establishes the following principles for staged treatment:in the early stage,the focus is on nourishing essence and replenishing marrow;in the progressive stage,while consolidating the foundation and nurturing the root,greater emphasis is placed on resolving phlegm,dispersing stasis,and opening orifices to unblock the brain-spinal fluid pathway;in the terminal decline stage,the approach involves supporting the righteous qi to detoxify,promoting circulation through tonification,and combining offensive and tonifying therapies.And a proven case is presented.
