现有ZD6转辙机机内插接器使用过程中存在插接器发黑、生铜绿,插接器位置绝缘性能不良,检修插拔困难,底座插片易插卷,隔板易裂开等问题,对运营维护带来很大影响.经分析其功能结构特点,提出改进方案:采用航空插头并重新设计底座支架替换原结构,无需新增部件且不改变转辙机原有功能.该方案可有效解决上述缺陷,提升插接器绝缘性能与检修便利性,避免底座插片卷曲及隔板开裂风险,保障运营维护效率与设备可靠性.

This paper addresses the problems of the existing connector inside the ZD6 switch machine,such as black and copper green connectors,poor insulation performance at the connector position,inconvenient removal & insertion in the day-to-day maintenance,easy rolling of the base insert,and easy cracking of the partition,which have a great impact on operation and maintenance work.After analyzing the functional and structural characteristics of the existing connector,this research proposes an improvement scheme:The aviation plug is adopted and the base bracket is redesigned to replace the original structure without adding any component to or changing any function of the original switch machine.The new design can effectively solve all the above shortcomings,improving the insulation performance and maintenance convenience of the connector,avoiding the rolling of the base insert and the cracking of the partition,and thereby ensuring the operation and maintenance efficiency and the equipment reliability.
