共同生产何以推动社区韧性构建?OACHSSCD

As urban development faces increasingly diversified and complex risk challenges,com-munities,as the basic units of social governance,have seen their resilience capacity building emerge as a key to enhancing the overall adaptability of cities.Based on the garbage classification practices in multiple typical communities in City S,this study explores the practical path of promoting com-munity resilience through co-production.The research finds that co-production cultivates structur-al,relational,and cognitive social capital through institutional synergy,participatory practice,and consensus building.Under specific situational pressures,these three types of social capital are sys-tematically transformed into the community's coping ability,adaptability,and transformation abil-ity through institutionalized procedural execution,consultative interaction adjustment,and endoge-nous identity drive,thereby building multidimensional community resilience.The process of pro-moting community resilience through co-production is critically moderated by the initial endow-ments of the community and the style of policy implementation.
