Research Advances in the Effects of Understory Intercropping with Edible Fungi on Soil Properties
林下栽培食用菌通过高效利用林下闲置空间、循环利用林地废弃物实现仿野生培育,是一种兼具生态与经济效益的林菌复合经营模式.对土壤的改良效应是该模式生态价值的核心体现,但其土壤改良效果及内在作用机制尚缺乏系统性梳理和深入分析.文中归纳国内林下栽培食用菌的主要种类和栽培模式,重点综述其对土壤物理、化学和生物性质的影响,探讨其改良土壤性质的具体机制,从 4 个方面对未来林下栽培食用菌提升土壤质量的研究进行展望,旨在为其推广应用提供理论依据,同时为优化林下栽培食用菌复合系统管理策略、促进土壤质量提升和农业可持续发展提供科学参考.
Understory edible fungus cultivation achieves wild-simulated cultivation by efficiently utilizing understory space and recycling forest residues,which shapes a forest-fungus integrated management model with both ecological and economic benefits.Its soil improvement effect is the core reflection of the ecological value.At present,there is a lack of reviews and in-depth analysis on the soil improvement effect and internal action mechanism of understory edible fungus cultivation.Therefore,this paper summarizes the primary species and cultivation models of edible fungi cultivated under forests in China,focusing on its impacts on soil physical,chemical and biological properties,and explores the specific mechanisms of its effects on soil property improvement.The future research on the roles and effects of the model in improving soil quality are discussed from four aspects,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for its popularization and application,and meanwhile offer scientific references for optimizing the management strategies of the edible fungus cultivation model,improving soil quality and promoting agricultural sustainable development.
