中医三联法治疗排卵障碍型不孕症肾阳虚疗效观察OA
目的:观察中医三联法治疗排卵障碍型不孕症肾阳虚的疗效.方法:60例用随机数字表法分成西药组和中医组各30例.西药组用来曲唑结合绒促性素促排治疗,中医组用中药内服、针刺促排及五音疗法治疗.结果:治疗后HCG日卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度中医组大于西药组(P＜0.05),排卵率和妊娠率中医组高于西药组(P＜0.05).结论:中医三联法治疗排卵障碍型不孕症肾阳虚疗效较好.
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the TCM triple therapy method in treating anovulatory infertility of the kidney-yang deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into a Western medicine group and a TCM group,with 30 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with letrozole combined with chorionic gonadotropin for ovulation induction,while the TCM group was treated with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine,acupuncture for ovulation induction,and five-tone therapy.Results:After treatment,the follicle diameter on HCG day and endometrial thickness in the TCM group were greater than those in the Western medicine group(P＜0.05),and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the TCM group were higher than those in the Western medicine group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The TCM triple therapy method has a good therapeutic effect on anovulatory infertility of the kidney-yang deficiency type.
