甘草泻心汤结合耳穴压豆治疗复发性口腔溃疡寒热错杂型临床研究OA
目的:观察甘草泻心汤结合耳穴压豆治疗复发性口腔溃疡寒热错杂型的疗效.方法:120例按随机数字表法分为两组各60例,对照组给予甘草泻心汤治疗,观察组给予甘草泻心汤联合耳穴压豆治疗.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),溃疡愈合时间短于对照组(P＜0.05),VAS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),随访3个月复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:甘草泻心汤结合耳穴压豆治疗复发性口腔溃疡寒热错杂型疗效较好且复发率低.
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with auricular point pressing therapy in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers of the cold-heat complex type.Methods:A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gancao Xiexin Decoction,while the observation group was treated with Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with auricular point pressing therapy.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The ulcer healing time was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the recurrence rate during the 3-month follow-up was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Gancao Xiexin Decoction combined with auricular point pressing therapy is effective in treating recurrent oral ulcers of the cold-heat complex type,with a low recurrence rate.
