以卫城隧道为工程背景,为保证其光面爆破施工效果,提出了隧道周边孔装药结构优化方案.该方案通过精细调整装药参数,旨在提升爆破效率,同时减少对周围岩体的不必要扰动与损伤.为验证优化方案的有效性,分别建立了初始爆破方案和优化爆破方案的爆破数值模型,进而对2种模型的岩体损伤分布、隧道超欠挖控制效果以及围岩有效应力进行了对比分析,并将优化爆破方案应用于现场施工.研究结果表明,周边孔装药结构对隧道超欠挖控制具有较大影响;通过调整周边孔装药结构,可以调节隧道围岩的有效应力,从而精准控制隧道超欠挖.其中,2段均匀装药结构的爆破效果最优,既能满足隧道超欠挖控制规范要求,又能更好地破碎岩体.现场应用该优化爆破方案后,隧道掌子面未出现欠挖情况,最大超挖部位出现在拱顶且数值控制在规范允许范围内.该爆破优化方案不仅减小了对围岩的扰动与损伤,降低了混凝土回填消耗,更保障了隧道工程的安全高效施工.

The Weicheng Tunnel was taken as the engineering background.In order to ensure the smooth blasting construction effect,an optimization plan for the charge structure of the surrounding holes of the tunnel was proposed.This plan aimed to improve blasting efficiency and reduce unnecessary disturbance and damage to the surrounding rock mass by finely adjusting the charging parameters.To verify the effectiveness of the optimization plan,the blast-ing numerical models of the initial blasting plan and the optimized blasting plan were established.The rock damage distribution,control effect of the tunnel overbreak and underbreak and effective stress of the surrounding rock of the two models were compared and analyzed.The optimized blasting plan was applied to on-site construction.The re-search results indicate that the charging structure of the surrounding holes has a significant impact on the control of overbreak and underbreak in tunnels;By adjusting the charge structure,the effective stress of the tunnel surround-ing rock can be adjusted to accurately control the overbreak and underbreak of the tunnel.Among them,the blasting effects of the two-stage with uniform charge structure were the best,which can not only meet the requirements of overbreak and underbreak control standards,but also better break the rock mass.After applying the optimized blasting plan on site,there was no underbreak on the tunnel face,and the maximum overbreak occurred at the top of arch and the numerical control was within the allowable range of the specifications.This blasting optimization scheme not only reduces the disturbance and damage to the surrounding rock,reduces the consumption of concrete backfill,but also ensures the safe and efficient construction of tunnel engineering.
