我国超高层建筑数量庞大,既有建筑事故频发,其疏散过程普遍存在时间长、效率低等问题,亟需通过疏散电梯提升疏散效率.尽管现行规范已提出增设辅助疏散电梯的要求,但实际应用比例较低,且缺乏配套的技术体系支持.基于对国内外疏散电梯应用现状的系统梳理,并作为国家重点研发项目成果之一,本研究总结了疏散电梯的技术要点,研究了在不同风险下使用疏散电梯的疏散策略,基于此提出了一种以缩短整体疏散时间、提升疏散方式利用效率为目标的多目标性能优化设计方法.该方法以疏散电梯数量、服务楼层及电梯疏散人员比例为主要设计变量,对超高层建筑的楼梯与电梯联合疏散方案进行优化.选取3栋不同高度的超高层建筑作为案例进行优化设计,结果显示:与仅依靠楼梯疏散相比,572m、294m和200m高度建筑的总疏散时间分别缩短了34%、24%和38%.研究表明,该多目标性能优化方法可为超高层建筑疏散设计提供有效的技术支撑,显著提升整体疏散效率与安全水平,对既有超高层建筑改造及新建项目均具有应用价值.

China hosts a vast number of super high-rise buildings,where accidents involving existing structures occur with notable frequency.Evacuation in such buildings is often prolonged and inefficient,underscoring the urgent need to enhance performance through the adoption of evacuation elevators.Although current building codes stipulate the installation of auxiliary evacuation elevators,their actual implementation remains limited,and the supporting technical framework is insufficient.Drawing on a systematic review of evacuation elevator applications nationwide and incorporating findings from a national key R&D programme,this study identifies critical technical requirements and introduces a multi-objective performance optimisation design method aimed at reducing total evacuation time and improving the utilisation efficiency of evacuation modes.The proposed method uses the number of evacuation elevators,the floors served,and the proportion of evacuees assigned to elevators as key design variables,optimising integrated stair-elevator evacuation strategies for super high-rise buildings.Three buildings of different heights were selected as case studies.Compared with stair-only evacuation,total evacuation times for the 572 m,294 m,and 200 m buildings were reduced by 34%,24%,and 38%,respectively.The results demonstrate that the proposed optimisation method provides an effective technical basis for evacuation design in super high-rise buildings,markedly enhancing overall evacuation efficiency and safety.This approach holds significant potential for both the retrofitting of existing structures and the design of new projects.
