修枝是杉木无节良材培育的关键技术.为系统评价现有常规修枝工具在杉木无节良材培育中的修枝效果,并针对性研发更高效、安全的专用工具以提升作业质量和效率,在福建省永安国有林场不同林龄和造林密度的杉木人工林中,对3类常规修枝工具进行现场试用和效果评价,并在此基础上研发出3款新型修枝工具.评价结果表明,对于修枝高度2.0 m以下的作业,推荐使用手持式电动剪刀和手持三角锯;在2.0~3.5 m区间,电动高枝剪效率更优;在3.5~6.0 m区间,手动高枝剪更具操作性.针对常规修枝工具在应用中存在的修枝高度低、电力缺乏、树干直径卡环重复使用率低、修枝效果有待提升等问题,新研发的手动树干直径卡环可快速确定树干修枝高度,电动树干直径卡环可实时测定树干直径并对树干修枝高度进行标注,电动修枝剪通过树干固定环可使操作人员的工作效率提升1~2倍、切口达标率提升30%以上,通过增加螺纹杆可将修枝高度延长至5 m及以上,操作者无需登高作业,解决了高空修枝稳定性和可控性差的难题,为杉木无节良材的精准修枝提供了可靠技术支撑.文中提出未来人工林修枝工具应向轻量化、精准化和智能化的方向发展,以推动人工林高效培育技术提升.

Chinese fir pruning is a key technique for producing knot-free timber.To systematically evaluate the pruning effects of the conventional pruning tools used for Chinese fir plantation management and develop more efficient and safer specialized tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of the pruning operation,this study conducts on-site trial use and effect evaluations of three types of conventional pruning tools for Chinese fir forests of different ages and different afforestation densities in Yong'an State-owned Forest Farm,Fujian Province,and develops three new types of pruning tools specifically.The evaluation results show that for pruning operations at heights less than 2.0 m,it is recommended to use hand-held electric pruning shears or hand-held triangular saws;in the height range of 2.0 to 3.5 m,electric pole pruners have better performance;in the 3.5 to 6.0 m range,manual pole pruners are more operable.In response to the limitations of conventional pruning tools,the newly developed manual pruning snap ring can quickly determine the height where the tree trunk should be pruned.The electric pruning snap ring can measure the trunk diameter in real time and mark the pruning height on the tree trunk.The electric pruning shears equipped with a trunk stabilization ring can effectively increase work efficiency by 1-2 times and improve cut quality by over 30%.Additionally,by extending the pruning height to 5 meters or more using a threaded rod,operators can avoid aerial work,thus solving the problem of poor stability and controllability during high-altitude pruning and providing reliable technical support for the precise pruning for knot-free timber production.This paper reveals that conventional pruning tools generally have problems such as insufficient specialization,low pruning height,and suboptimal pruning performance.It also proposes that future pruning tools for plantations should be toward lightweight,precision,and intelligence to improve plantation cultivation technology.
