黑水虻幼虫粉对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及血清指标的影响OA
Effects of black soldier fly larvae meal on growth performance,immune function,and serum parameters in yellow-feathered broilers
试验旨在探究饲粮中添加黑水虻幼虫粉(BSFLM)对黄羽肉鸡生长、免疫及血清指标的影响.选取180只1日龄、健康状况良好的慢速型三黄鸡(母雏),随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组在基础饲粮中分别添加5.0%、7.5%、10.0%BSFLM.试验期42 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,1~21日龄时,试验Ⅲ组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组平均日采食量和料重比显著降低(P<0.05).22~42日龄时,试验Ⅰ组平均日采食量极显著提高(P<0.01),料重比显著提高(P<0.05).1~42日龄时,试验Ⅱ组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01).21日龄时,试验Ⅰ组肝脏指数显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组胃肠指数极显著提高(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组血清中总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量显著提高(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性极显著提高(P<0.01);试验组血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);试验Ⅲ组总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量极显著降低(P<0.01).42日龄时,试验组血清中ALT活性显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组ALP活性显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组TC及试验Ⅲ组LDL-C含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,适量添加BSFLM可以改善黄羽肉鸡的生长性能、促进胃肠发育、增强免疫功能,并具有一定的降血脂作用,其中BSFLM添加7.5%时综合效果最佳.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with black soldier fly larvae meal(BSFLM)on the growth,immunity,and serum parameters in yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 180 aged one day,healthy slow-growing Sanhuang chickens(female chicks)were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and 15 chicks per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while in the experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ andⅢ,5.0%,7.5%and 10.0%of BSFLM were added to the basal diet,respectively.The trial period lasted for 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,at 1 to 21 days of age,the average daily gain of the experimental group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio was extremely reduced(P<0.01),while in the experimental group Ⅱ,the average daily feed intake and feed-to-gain ratio were significantly decreased(P<0.05).At 22 to 42 days of age,the average daily feed intake of the experimental group Ⅰ was extremely increased(P<0.01),the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly increased(P<0.05).At 1 to 42 days of age,the average daily gain of the experimental group Ⅱwas significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed-to-gain ratio was extremely reduced(P<0.01).At 21 days of age,the liver index of the experimental group Ⅰ was significantly increased(P<0.05),the gastrointestinal index of the experimental group Ⅱ was extremely increased(P<0.01).Serum total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB)levels in the experimental group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05),while alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity was extremely increased(P<0.01).The activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the experimental groups was significantly or extremely reduced(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The total cholesterol(TC)content in the experimental group Ⅲ was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)content was extremely decreased(P<0.01).At 42 days of age,serum ALT activity was significantly increased in the experimental groups(P<0.05),malondialdehyde(MDA)content was extremely decreased in the experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.01),ALP activity was significantly increased in the experimental group Ⅱ(P<0.05),while the content of TC in experimental group Ⅱ and LDL-C in the experimental group Ⅲ were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study shows that appropriate dietary supplementation with BSFLM can improve growth performance,promote gastrointestinal development,enhance immune function,and exert certain lipid-lowering effects in yellow-feathered broilers,with the 7.5%addition level showing the best overall efficacy.
