试验旨在探究金荞麦根粉对山麻蛋鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质、血清抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响.选取512只40周龄产蛋性能和体重相近的山麻蛋鸭,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复16只.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1%(G1组)、2%(G2组)和3%(G3组)的金荞麦根粉.预试期7 d,正式试验期49 d.结果显示,各组产蛋性能无显著差异(P>0.05).与CON组相比,G2组和G3组蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色显著提高(P<0.05),G1组蛋黄颜色与G3组蛋壳比例显著提高(P<0.05).与CON组相比,G1组蛋鸭血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05);G2组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量显著提高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加金荞麦根粉对山麻蛋鸭产蛋性能无不良影响,且可以改善蛋壳品质和蛋黄颜色,增强抗氧化能力和免疫功能,其推荐添加量为2%.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Fagopyrum dibotrys root meal on the laying performance,egg quality,serum antioxidant capacity,and immune function of Shanma laying ducks.A total of 512 healthy 40-week-old Shanma laying ducks with similar laying performance and body weight were randomly divided into four groups,with eight replicates per group and 16 ducks per replicate.The control group(group CON)was fed the basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 1%(group G1),2%(group G2)and 3%(group G3)Fagopyrum dibotrys root meal,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 49 days.The results showed that there was no significant difference in laying performance among the groups(P>0.05).Compared with the group CON,the shell strength and yolk color of duck eggs in groups G2 and G3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the yolk color in group G1 and shell proportion in group G3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the group CON,the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in group G1 was significantly enhanced(P<0.05).The interleukin-4(IL-4)content in group G2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the interleukin-1β(IL-1β)content was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplementation with Fagopyrum dibotrys root meal has no negative impact on laying performance of Shanma laying ducks,and can improve the eggshell quality and yolk color,enhance antioxidant capacity and immune function.The recommended addition amount is 2%.
