试验旨在探究钝顶螺旋藻粉(APP)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响.选取40头40日龄、体重相近的健康断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加2.0(APP2组)、4.0(APP4组)和8.0 g/kg(APP8组)APP.预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d.结果显示,与CON组相比,试验组平均日增重、平均日采食量及料重比无显著差异(P>0.05).APP8组平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)及平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著降低(P<0.05),试验组平均血小板体积(MPV)显著降低(P<0.05).APP2组血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性及尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CREA)含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验组血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著降低(P<0.05).试验组血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著提高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量显著降低(P<0.05);APP4组和APP8组血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05),干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05);APP2组血清中IFN-γ含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,APP对断奶仔猪的生长性能影响效果不显著,但在一定程度上增强了免疫功能.综合试验结果,推荐APP添加剂量为8.0 g/kg.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Arthrospira platensis powder(APP)on the growth performance,serum biochemical parameters,and immune function in weaned piglets.A total of 40 healthy weaned piglets at 40 days of age with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups,with 10 replicates per group and one piglet per replicate.The control group(group CON)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were supplemented with 2.0(group APP2),4.0(group APP4),and 8.0 g/kg(group APP8)of APP in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 30 days.The results showed that compared with group CON,the average daily gain,average daily feed intake,and feed-to-gain ratio of the experimental groups showed no significant differences(P>0.05).The mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in group APP8 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The mean platelet volume(MPV)in the experimental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activity of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and the concentrations of urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(CREA)in group APP2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of serum glucose(GLU)in experimental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of serum interleukin-2(IL-2)in experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),while interleukin-4(IL-4)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)in groups APP4 and APP8 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)content was significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of serum IFN-γ in group APP2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study shows that APP had no significant effect on the growth performance of weaned piglets but improved immune function to a certain extent.Based on the comprehensive results,a recommended supplementation dose is 8.0 g/kg of APP.
