抗菌肽对哺乳期犊牛生长性能、腹泻指数、血清指标及粪便微生物群落的影响OA
Effects of antimicrobial peptide on growth performance,diarrhea index,serum indexes,and fecal microflora community in suckling calves
试验旨在探究抗菌肽对哺乳期犊牛生长性能、腹泻指数、血清指标及粪便微生物群落的影响.选取60头健康、体重相近的1日龄荷斯坦犊牛,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头.对照组不添加抗菌肽,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在代乳粉中添加2、4和8 g/(头·d)抗菌肽.预试期8 d,正式试验期22 d.结果显示:各组生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组犊牛腹泻持续时间、腹泻数量、腹泻指数及用药成本均低于对照组,粪便评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).Ⅰ组犊牛血清中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05).Ⅲ组犊牛粪便中放线菌门相对丰度高于其他组,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组拟杆菌门相对丰度高于Ⅰ组和对照组;Ⅲ组拟杆菌属相对丰度高于对照组,Chao1指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05).研究表明,抗菌肽可以增强哺乳期犊牛的免疫功能及抗氧化能力,调节肠道微生物群落结构,适宜添加量为8 g/(头·d).
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of antimicrobial peptide on the growth performance,diarrhea index,serum indexes,and fecal microbiota of suckling calves.A total of 60 healthy and similarly weighted one-day-old Holstein calves were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group,and five calves per replicate.The control group did not add antimicrobial peptide,while the groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ added 2,4,and 8 g/(head·d)antimicrobial peptide to the milk replacer powder,respectively.The pre-test period was eight days,and the formal test period was 22 days.The results showed that there was no significant difference in growth performance among the groups(P>0.05).The duration of diarrhea,number of diarrhea calves,diarrhea index,and medication cost in the experimental groups were lower than those in the control group,and the fecal score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the serum of group Ⅰ were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in groups Ⅰand Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Actinobacteria in the feces of group Ⅲ calve was higher than that of other groups,while the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes in groups Ⅱand Ⅲ was higher than that of group Ⅰ and the control group.The relative abundance of Bacteroides in group Ⅲ was higher than that in the control group,and the Chao1 index was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study shows that the antimicrobial peptide can enhance the immune function and antioxidant capacity,regulate the intestinal microbial community structure of suckling calves.The optimal amount of antimicrobial peptide added is 8 g/(head·d).
