稻谷型饲粮中添加复合酶制剂对肉鸡生长性能、肠道健康和养分表观代谢率的影响OA
Effects of supplementing compound enzymes preparation in rice-based diets on growth performance,intestinal health,and nutrient apparent metabolic rate of broilers
试验旨在探究稻谷型饲粮中添加复合酶制剂对肉鸡生长性能、肠道健康及养分表观代谢率的影响.选取480只1日龄且体重相近的健康梅黄1号肉公鸡,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复20只.对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加150 g/t(CEP150组)和200 g/t(CEP200组)复合酶制剂.试验期70 d,分为试验前期(1~35 d)和试验后期(36~70 d).结果显示,与CON组相比,CEP200组试验前期平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05);CEP150组和CEP200组试验后期和试验全期ADG显著提高(P<0.05);各组平均日采食量(ADFI)无显著差异(P>0.05).CEP200组胸肌滴水损失显著低于CON组和CEP150组(P<0.05),各组胸肌pH24 h值、肉色和剪切力无显著差异(P>0.05).与CON组相比,CEP150组和CEP200组十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度(VH)和绒隐比(VH/CD)显著提高(P<0.05),十二指肠黏膜中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05),空肠、回肠黏膜中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和TNF-α含量显著降低(P<0.05).CEP150组和CEP200组肠道中α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05),干物质、粗蛋白、粗灰分、钙和磷的表观代谢率显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,稻谷型饲粮中添加复合酶制剂可以改善肉鸡肠道健康,增强小肠吸收功能,进而改善生长性能,其中以添加200 g/t复合酶制剂效果最佳.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of supplementing compound enzymes preparation in rice-based diets on the growth performance,intestinal health,and nutrient apparent metabolic rate of broilers.A total of 480 aged one day healthy male Meihuang No.1 broilers with similar body weights were randomly divided into three groups,with eight replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate.The control group(group CON)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups received the basal diet supplemented with compound enzymes preparation at 150 g/t(group CEP150)and 200 g/t(group CEP200),respectively.The test period lasted for 70 days and was divided into the early phase(1 to 35 days)and the late phase(36 to 70 days).The results showed that compared with group CON,the average daily gain(ADG)in group CEP200 during the early phase was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The ADG in groups CEP150 and CEP200 was significantly increased during the late phase and the overall period(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the average daily feed intake(ADFI)among the groups(P>0.05).The drip loss of breast muscle in group CEP200 was significantly lower than that in groups CON and CEP150(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed among groups in pH24 h value,meat color,and shear force of breast muscle(P>0.05).Compared with the group CON,the villus height(VH)and villus height to crypt depth ratio(VH/CD)of the duodenum,jejunum,and ileum in groups CEP150 and CEP200 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of duodenal mucosa were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and TNF-α in jejunal and ileal mucosa were significantly reduced(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the activities of α-amylase,lipase,trypsin,and chymotrypsin of intestine in groups CEP150 and CEP200(P>0.05),the apparent metabolic rates of dry matter,crude protein,crude ash,calcium,and phosphorus were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study shows that supplementing compound enzymes preparation in rice-based diets can improve intestinal health,enhance small intestinal absorption function,and consequently improve the growth performance of broilers,with the optimal effect observed at the supplementation level of 200 g/t.
