褐藻寡糖对樱桃谷鸭生长性能、脂质代谢基因表达量和肠道免疫功能的影响OA
Effects of alginate oligosaccharide on growth performance,expression level of lipid metabolism genes,and intestinal immune function in Cherry Valley ducks
试验旨在探究饲粮中添加褐藻寡糖(AOS)对樱桃谷鸭生长性能、脂质代谢基因表达量和肠道免疫功能的影响.选取480只1日龄健康樱桃谷肉鸭,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加100、200、400 mg/kg AOS.试验期42 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,200和400 mg/kg组樱桃谷鸭的末重显著提高(P<0.05),400 mg/kg组平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,第42天时,100、200和400 mg/kg组血清中总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),200和400 mg/kg组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,第42天时,200和400 mg/kg组肝脏组织中脂肪酸结合酶(FABP)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPAR-α)、脂肪酸合成酶(FASN)和胆固醇7α-羟化酶(CTP7A1)的mRNA相对表达量显著提高(P<0.05),100和200 mg/kg组固醇调节元件结合蛋白(SREBP-1c)的mRNA相对表达量显著提高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,第42天时,200和400 mg/kg组回肠黏膜中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)和免疫球蛋白Y(IgY)含量显著提高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、紧密连接蛋白(Occludin)和闭锁小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)的mRNA相对表达量显著提高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的mRNA相对表达量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加200 mg/kg AOS可以改善樱桃谷鸭的生长性能,调控肝脏脂质代谢基因表达,增强肠道免疫功能.
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplemented with alginate oligosaccharide(AOS)on the growth performance,expression level of lipid metabolism genes,and intestinal immune function in Cherry Valley ducks.A total of 480 healthy one-day-old Cherry Valley ducks were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates per group and 20 ducks per replicate.The control group fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 100,200,and 400 mg/kg AOS,respectively.The trial period lasted for 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight of Cherry Valley ducks in the 200 and 400 mg/kg groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the average daily gain(ADG)in the 400 mg/kg group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,on the 42nd day,the serum total cholesterol(TC)content in the 100,200,and 400 mg/kg groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content in the 200 and 400 mg/kg groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,on the 42nd day,the relative mRNA expression levels of fatty acid binding protein(FABP),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α(PPAR-α),fatty acid synthase(FASN)and cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase(CYP7A1)in the liver tissues of the 200 and 400 mg/kg groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the relative mRNA expression levels of sterol regulatory element-binding protein 1c(SREBP-1c)in the 100 and 200 mg/kg groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,on the 42nd day,the concentrations of secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA)and immunoglobulin Y(IgY)in the ileal mucosa of the 200 and 400 mg/kg groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the relative mRNA expression levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),Occludin and zonula occludens-1(ZO-1)were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the relative mRNA expression level of interleukin-2(IL-2)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study shows that dietary supplemented with 200 mg/kg AOS improves the growth performance,regulates expression level of lipid metabolism genes in hepatic,and enhances intestinal immune function of Cherry Valley ducks.
