智能化采掘装备在矿山的适配性改造与应用实践OA
Adaptation Transformation and Application Practice of Intelligent Mining Equipment in Mines
针对矿山智能化进程中采掘装备适配性不足的问题,本研究通过构建技术性能、安全性能与经济性能三维评价体系,提出核心部件智能化升级与"感知-控制-通信"协同集成的改造路径.在年产600万t的矿山应用中,改造后装备月进尺提升25%至350m,吨煤电耗降低26%至3.1kWh·t-1,非计划停机次数减少83%.实践表明,该技术路径有效解决了数据孤岛、工况适应差等瓶颈问题,为矿山高效安全生产提供技术支撑.
In response to the problem of insufficient adaptability of mining equipment in the process of intelligent mining,this study proposes a transformation path of intelligent upgrading of core components and collaborative integration of"perception control communication"by constructing a three-dimensional evaluation system of technical performance,safety performance,and economic performance.In the mining application with an annual output of 6 million tons,the monthly footage of the renovated equipment increased by 25%to 350 meters,the electricity consumption per ton of coal decreased by 26%to 3.1kWh·t-1,and the number of unplanned shutdowns decreased by 83%.Practice has shown that this technological path effectively solves bottleneck problems such as data silos and poor adaptability to working conditions,providing technical support for efficient and safe production in mines.
