计及新能源接入低压配电网分布式储能双层协同优化OA
Distributed Energy Storage Double-layer Collaborative Optimization Considering New Energy Access to Low-voltage Distribution Network
针对浙江省低压配电网因新能源渗透率超 15%而引发的电压越限与网损激增问题,提出了一种分布式储能双层协同优化方法,旨在提供"规划-运行"一体化解决方案.研究基于衢州地区实测数据构建了考虑风光时序特性的随机确定混合模型,融合改进粒子群算法与二阶锥规划技术,在规划层采用动态惯性权重及非线性递减策略以平衡算法全局搜索与局部寻优能力,在运行层建立混合整数二阶锥模型,并利用 Big-M 法处理储能充放电逻辑约束,通过反向传播机制实现双层目标耦合.基于 IEEE 33 节点系统的验证结果表明,该方法可使新能源消纳率提升12.7%,网损降低 14.6%,并实现储能配置的经济效益最优,可为高比例新能源配电网的协同优化提供有效途径.
Aiming at the problem of voltage over-limit and network loss surge caused by the penetration rate of new energy exceeding 15%in low-voltage distribution network of Zhejiang Province,a double-layer collaborative optimization method of distributed energy storage is proposed to provide an integrated solution of"Planning-Operation".Based on the measured data of Quzhou area,a stochastic hybrid model considering the characteristics of wind and solar time series is constructed,which integrates improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and second-order cone programming technology.The dynamic inertia weight and nonlinear decreasing strategy are used in the planning layer to balance the global search and local optimization ability of the algorithm.In the operation layer,a mixed integer second-order cone model is established,and the Big-M method is used to deal with the logical constraints of energy storage charging and discharging.The double-layer target coupling is realized by the back propagation mechanism.The verification results based on IEEE 33-bus system show that this method can increase the new energy consumption rate by 12.7%,reduce the network loss by 14.6%,and achieve the optimal economic benefits of energy storage configuration,which can provide an effective way for the collaborative optimization of high-proportion new energy distribution network.
