中国电网交流励磁变速抽水蓄能机组首次建设与运行OA
The First-time Construction and Operation of AC-excited Variable-speed Pumped Storage Units in China's Power Grid
丰宁抽水蓄能电站顺应我国能源结构发展要求,首次应用和建设了两台交流励磁变速机组,且首次全面经历了可行性研究、招标文件编制、主机合同谈判和执行、现场安装和试验直至运行的全过程.以该工程为研究对象,对变速机组建设必要性、系统设计、设备设计和制造、安装过程中的部分关键技术进行了概要介绍,并特别针对变速机组在中国电网中运行的相关数据展开分析,通过工程实践验证了变速机组的性能优势,可为未来变速机组的设计、制造、安装、试验和运行提供参考和借鉴.
Fengning Pumped Storage Power Station is the first time in China to apply and construct two AC-excited variable-speed generating units,and is also the first time to go through the entire process from feasibility study,tender document preparation,main equipment contract negotiation and execution,on-site installation and testing to operation.This paper briefly introduces the construction necessity,system design,equipment design and manufacturing,and some key technologies during the installation process of the variable-speed units.It particularly analyzes the relevant data of variable-speed unit operating in Chinese power grid.Through engineering practice,the performance advantages of variable-speed units have been verified,which can provide reference and guidance for the design,manufacturing,installation,testing and operation of variable-speed units in the future.
