传统装酸作业依赖人工操作,流程烦琐,导致装酸速度慢,影响整体生产效率.为解决该问题,文章通过分析铜冶炼厂装酸作业的工艺流程,设计出一款一站式数智装酸平台,打通客户供应链系统、灌装区域管理系统和硫酸灌装系统,构建包含感知层、网络层、平台层和应用层的四层架构体系,重点开发车辆识别、鹤管对位、装酸控制及安全监控四大功能模块.搭建测试环境验证该平台自动化管控装酸作业全流程的效能,提升装酸效率,全面构建安全、绿色、高效、稳定的"智慧装酸"新模式.
Traditional acid loading operations rely on manual operation,with cumbersome processes,resulting in slow acid loading speed and affecting overall production efficiency.To solve this problem,the article analyzes the process flow of acid loading operations in copper smelters and designs a one-stop intelligent acid loading platform.It connects the customer supply chain system,filling area management system,and sulfuric acid filling system,and constructs a four layer architecture system including perception layer,network layer,platform layer,and application layer.The focus is on developing four functional modules:vehicle recognition,crane tube alignment,acid loading control,and safety monitoring.Build a testing environment to verify the effectiveness of the platform's automated control of the entire process of acid loading operations,improve acid loading efficiency,and comprehensively build a safe,green,efficient,and stable"smart acid loading"new model.
