有色多金属矿选矿废水循环利用研究OA
Research on the Recycling of Wastewater from Non-ferrous Polymetallic Ore Beneficiation
有色多金属矿选矿废水成分复杂,含有重金属离子、浮选药剂及悬浮物等污染物,直接排放会严重危害生态环境,为实现废水的高效回收与循环利用,本研究针对某典型多金属矿选矿废水,基于新水方案、尾矿库溢流水全返方案、废水分系统回用方案进行深度处理,探究其对重金属和有机污染物的去除效果.结果表明,以上三种方案都能获得比较良好的选矿指标,但尾矿库溢流水全返方案在简化生产流程、降低运营成本以及减少新水消耗方面更具优势,年均节水规模达到2.2万吨,每年可以为选矿厂节约水费1.1万元.
The composition of wastewater from non-ferrous polymetallic ore beneficiation is complex,containing pollutants such as heavy metal ions,flotation agents,and suspended solids.Direct discharge can seriously harm the ecological environment.In order to achieve efficient recovery and recycling of wastewater,this study focuses on the deep treatment of a typical polymetallic ore beneficiation wastewater based on new water scheme,tailings pond overflow water full return scheme,and wastewater system reuse scheme,and explores its removal effect on heavy metals and organic pollutants.The results show that all three schemes can achieve relatively good mineral processing indicators,but the tailings pond overflow water return scheme has more advantages in simplifying the production process,reducing operating costs,and reducing new water consumption.The average annual water-saving scale reaches 22000 tons,which can save 11000 yuan in water fees for the mineral processing plant every year.
