铜阳极泥的预处理前处理过程包含破碎、磨碎、混合和分选等关键步骤,传统的制样方法普遍存在粒度调控精度不高、偏析抑制效果不佳、制样效率不高等问题.本文针对阳极泥中贵金属偏析的特点,提出了机械搅拌强化、分步磨碎分级、分散剂添加等优化方案,但对复杂组分阳极泥偏析的调控适配性、制样参数与检测精度的关联性等方面仍存在不足.对铜阳极泥中贵金属的检测前处理样品制备技术进行系统研究,解析贵金属偏析形成机制,提出目标偏析控制策略,并通过实验对优化过程进行验证,为提高铜阳极泥中贵金属的检测精度提供技术支持.

The pre-treatment process of copper anode mud includes key steps such as crushing,grinding,blending,and sorting.Traditional sample preparation methods generally have issues like low precision in particle size control,poor segregation suppression,and low sample preparation efficiency.This paper proposes optimization schemes targeted at the characteristics of precious metal segregation in anode mud,including mechanical stirring enhancement,stepwise grinding and classification,and the addition of dispersants.However,there are still shortcomings in terms of adaptability of segregation control for complex-component anode mud,and the correlation between sample preparation parameters and detection accuracy.A systematic study on the pre-treatment sample preparation techniques for precious metals in copper anode mud is conducted to analyze the formation mechanism of precious metal segregation,propose target segregation control strategies,and validate the optimization process through experiments,providing technical support for improving the detection accuracy of precious metals in copper anode mud.
