复杂地质条件下缓倾斜薄矿体高效无底柱分段崩落法研究OA
Research on High-Efficiency Sublevel Caving Method for Weakly Inclined Thin Ore Bodies Under Complex Geological Conditions
针对在复杂地质状况下,缓倾斜薄矿体开采呈现的效率低下、矿石损失与贫化现象严重、作业安全系数欠佳等棘手难题,将无底柱分段崩落法当作研究对象,同时结合工程实际的地质勘查数据,采用理论剖析、参数优选以及现场测验相融合的途径,开展对开采工艺的改进研究工作,对关键的开采参数进行优化处理,设计与矿体特性相适配的布孔模式,进而提出能够实现高效开采的优化方案,切实有效地改善开采成效,显著提升作业的安全性.研究成果能够为处于相似地质状况下的缓倾斜薄矿体进行高效且安全的开采作业,提供可靠的技术参考依据.
Addressing the challenging issues of low efficiency,severe ore loss and dilution,and poor operational safety in the mining of gently inclined thin ore bodies under complex geological conditions,this study focuses on the sublevel caving method as the research subject.Combining practical geological survey data from engineering projects,it employs a hybrid approach integrating theoretical analysis,parameter optimization,and field testing to improve mining techniques.Key mining parameters are optimized,and a hole layout pattern adapted to ore body characteristics is designed,ultimately proposing an optimized solution for efficient mining.This effectively enhances mining outcomes and significantly improves operational safety.The research results can provide reliable technical reference for efficient and safe mining operations of gently inclined thin ore bodies under similar geological conditions.
