金属地下矿山缓倾斜薄矿体因赋存分散、回采空间受限,传统全面法、房柱法、浅孔留矿法存在资源回收率低、安全性差、效率低等问题.本研究结合矿体赋存条件,提出"地质适配-智能赋能-综合评价"的优化思路,按倾角、厚度与围岩稳定性差异化选择采矿方法,融入智能化设备提升效率,构建"回收率-安全性-成本"三维评价体系,并以某铜矿案例验证.结果表明优化房柱法可使资源回收率提升、事故率降低、综合效益提升,为同类矿体开采提供实践参考.

Due to the scattered occurrence and limited mining space,traditional methods such as comprehensive mining,room and column mining,and shallow hole retention mining in metal underground mines have problems such as low resource recovery rate,poor safety,and low efficiency.This study proposes an optimization approach of"geological adaptation intelligent empowerment comprehensive evaluation"based on the occurrence conditions of the ore body.Mining methods are selected according to the differences in dip angle,thickness,and surrounding rock stability,and intelligent equipment is integrated to improve efficiency.A three-dimensional evaluation system of"recovery rate safety cost"is constructed and verified with a case study of a copper mine.The results indicate that optimizing the room and pillar method can improve resource recovery rate,reduce accident rate,and enhance comprehensive benefits,providing practical reference for the mining of similar ore bodies.
