冷轧变形量对钛合金再结晶程度的影响OA
Effect of Cold Rolling Deformation on the Recrystallization Degree of Titanium Alloy
对α+β型钛合金TC4板材采用不同的冷轧变形量,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、EBSD研究其微观组织、晶粒尺寸,并讨论冷轧变形量与再结晶程度的关系.结果表明:板材的冷轧变形量越大,其平均晶粒尺寸越小,同时大角晶界所占比例也越高,说明其再结晶程度也越完全.论文指明了增加板材的冷轧变形量不仅可以更有效地细化晶粒,同时也能使再结晶完成度更高.
The microstructure and grain size of TC4 titanium alloy sheets with different cold rolling reductions were investigated using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and EBSD.The relationship between cold rolling reduction and recrystallization degree was discussed.The results indicate that as the cold rolling reduction increases,the average grain size decreases,and the proportion of high-angle grain boundaries also rises,suggesting a more complete recrystallization.The paper demonstrates that increasing the cold rolling reduction not only more effectively refines the grain size but also enhances the degree of recrystallization completion.
