滚轮罐耳是提升机提升容器重要的组成部分,是关系提升容器安全稳定运行的关键部件.按照中国经济出版社《矿井生产系统设计手册》规定,罐道和滚轮罐耳的磨损量及最大间隙均有明确的要求,滚轮罐耳的质量直接影响着磨损量和最大间隙的数值.本文说明的减震两级缓冲型滚轮罐耳对于磨损量及最大间隙这两项指标控制非常有效,在矿山提升系统实际运行中得到了有效的证明.矿山提升系统安全稳定运行受多种因素制约,提升容器在井筒中运行也是一个复杂的过程,本文将通过分析滚轮罐耳运行轨道的受力分析、减震两级缓冲型滚轮罐耳功能分析两方面来说明该类型滚轮罐耳对于矿山提升系统高效运行的可靠支持.
The roller guide shoe is an important component of the hoisting container of the hoist and a key part related to the safe and stable operation of the hoisting container.In accordance with the provisions of Mine Production System Design Manual published by China Economic Publishing House,there are clear requirements for the wear amount and maximum clearance of the guide rail and roller guide shoe,and the quality of the roller guide shoe directly affects the values of the wear amount and maximum clearance.The shock-absorbing two-stage buffer type roller guide shoe described in this paper is very effective in controlling these two indicators(wear amount and maximum clearance),which has been effectively verified in the actual operation of the mine hoisting system.The safe and stable operation of the mine hoisting system is restricted by many factors,and the operation of the hoisting container in the shaft is also a complex process.This paper will illustrate the reliable support of this type of roller guide shoe for the efficient operation of the mine hoisting system through two aspects:the force analysis of the running track of the roller guide shoe and the functional analysis of the shock-absorbing two-stage buffer type roller guide shoe.
