为解决传统铅电解生产效率低、能耗高、自动化水平不足等问题,本文依托铅精炼厂电解系统改造及试生产实践,围绕电解系统小极板改造与大极板改造对比情况表,深入分析大极板成套装备的关键技术应用.通过对比小极板与大极板系统的装备参数、投资效益,探究自动化机组运行、工艺参数调控、安全环保装备配套等核心技术,为铅电解行业装备升级提供实践参考.
In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency,high energy consumption,and insufficient automation level in traditional lead electrolysis,this article relies on the transformation and trial production practice of the electrolysis system in lead refineries.Based on the comparison between the transformation of small and large electrode plates in the electrolysis system,the key technical applications of the complete set of equipment for large electrode plates are analyzed in depth.By comparing the equipment parameters and investment benefits of small and large electrode systems,this study explores core technologies such as automation unit operation,process parameter regulation,and safety and environmental protection equipment matching,providing practical reference for equipment upgrading in the lead electrolysis industry.
