Precise control of ion concentration in process solutions is crucial for improving the production efficiency and economic benefits of hydrometallurgical processes.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the necessity of ion concentration control and the significance of on-line detection in hydrometallurgical processes,points out the limitations of traditional off-line analysis methods,systematically expounds the key points of on-line detection technologies for ion concentration control,and discusses on-line detection schemes suitable for ion concentration in hydrometallurgical processes,providing theoretical and technical references for optimizing hydrometallurgical production processes.
