降低环集脱硫运维成本的改造实践OA

有机胺脱硫技术因脱硫效率高,生产过程调控方便,可循环使用,产物为高浓度SO2,无副产物,不会产生二次污染等特点,被广泛应用于冶炼行业烟气处理,但系统运行电耗和蒸汽使用量等成本较大,为降低有机胺环集脱硫工艺运维成本,本文通过改进风机效率,优化环集控制模式节约电耗15%~18%,通过增加富液内循环和锅炉排污水再利用等方式节约再生蒸汽用量5~5.5t/h,通过将阴离子脱盐改造而降低脱盐频次,缩减液碱和纯水用量至原来1/2,实现了环集脱硫过程节能降耗的目的.

Organic amine desulfurization technology is widely applied in the flue gas treatment of the metallurgical industry due to its high desulfurization efficiency,convenient process control,recyclability,high-concentration SO2 production,no by-products,and no secondary pollution.However,the operation cost of the system is relatively high,including electricity consumption and steam usage.To reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the organic amine desulfurization process,this paper improves the fan efficiency and optimizes the control mode of the ring absorber to save 15%~18%of electricity consumption.Additionally,it saves 5~5.5 tons of steam per hour by increasing the internal circulation of rich liquid and reusing the boiler blowdown water.Moreover,it reduces the frequency of anion desalination by transforming it,thereby cutting the consumption of liquid alkali and pure water to half of the original amount.These measures have achieved the goal of energy conservation and cost reduction in the ring absorber desulfurization process.
