本文系统研究了金属矿山工程投资估算方法体系与应用实践.通过分析传统估算方法局限性,探讨了基于BIM技术,蒙特卡洛模拟和机器学习算法的现代估算技术创新.以内蒙古地区典型矿山项目为例,验证了不同估算方法的适用性和精度表现,研究表明:传统方法估算误差为20%~30%,现代技术可将精度提升至92%~95%,智慧化估算技术误差控制在8%以内.建立了全过程质量控制体系,通过多方法组合应用和标准化流程,显著提升了估算准确性,研究成果为金属矿山工程投资决策提供科学依据,对推动行业数字化转型具有重要意义.

This article systematically studies the investment estimation method system and application practice of metal mining engineering.By analyzing the limitations of traditional estimation methods,this paper explores the innovation of modern estimation techniques based on BIM technology,Monte Carlo simulation,and machine learning algorithms.Taking typical mining projects in Inner Mongolia as an example,the applicability and accuracy performance of different estimation methods have been verified.The study shows that the traditional method has an estimation error of 20%~30%,while modern technology can improve the accuracy to 92%~95%.The error of intelligent estimation technology is controlled within 8%.We have established a full process quality control system and significantly improved the accuracy of estimation through the combination of multiple methods and standardized processes.The research results provide scientific basis for investment decision-making in metal mining engineering and are of great significance for promoting the digital transformation of the industry.
