基于氧压水浸预处理的难选金精矿氰化浸出优化研究OA
Optimization Research on Cyanide Leaching of Refractory Gold Concentrate Based on Oxygen Pressure Water Leaching Pretreatment
针对低品位、高硫、难选金精矿采用传统焙烧法处理时存在的污染严重、效率较低等问题,提出了氧压水浸—氰化浸出联合工艺.系统研究并优化了其工艺参数,探讨了浸出机制,并通过工艺矿物学分析及氰化浸出试验评估了该工艺对金回收的影响.结果表明:在温度180 ℃、氧分压1.5 MPa、浸出时间120 min、搅拌速度700 r/min、液固体积质量比200∶1最优工艺条件下,氧压水浸能有效氧化金精矿中的黄铁矿等硫化矿物并生成赤铁矿,从而破坏金的包裹状态;预处理后,浸出渣中金品位由42.24 g/t提升至63.78 g/t,增幅超过50%;工艺矿物学分析结果表明,硫化物中的金被释放,呈裸露或半裸露状态,矿物结构由致密变为疏松,孔隙增大,金颗粒暴露度显著提高,可为后续氰化浸出提供更有利的反应界面.氰化浸出试验进一步验证了预处理效果,金浸出率最高可达99.50%以上,同时氰化剂消耗明显减少.研究结果验证了氧压水浸作为预处理技术,在提升低品位、高硫、难选金精矿的金回收率,以及降低药剂消耗方面的有效性,可为该类资源的高效、绿色回收提供技术参考.
Aiming at the problems of serious pollution and low efficiency associated with the traditional roasting process for treating low-grade,high-sulfur and refractory gold concentrates,a combined process of oxygen pressure water leaching and cyanidation was proposed.The process parameters were systematically optimized,and the leaching mechanism was investigated.The effects of the process on gold recovery were evaluated through process mineralogical analysis and cyanidation experiments.The results show that under the optimal conditions of temperature of 180℃,oxygen partial pressure of 1.5 MPa,leaching time of 120 min,stirring speed of 700 r/min and liquid volume to solid mass ratio of 200∶1,oxygen pressure water leaching can effectively oxidize pyrite and other sulfide minerals into hematite,thereby destroying the encapsulated state of gold.After pretreatment,the gold grade in the leaching residue increases from 42.24 g/t to 63.78 g/t,with an enhancement of over 50%.Process mineralogical analysis indicates that gold is released from sulfides,occurring in exposed or semi-exposed states.The mineral structure becomes loose and porous,and the gold exposure significantly increases,providing a more favorable reaction interface for subsequent cyanidation.Cyanidation experiments further confirm the pretreatment effect,achieving a maximum gold leaching rate of over 99.50%,along with a marked reduction in cyanide consumption.These results demonstrate that oxygen pressure water leaching is an effective pretreatment technology for improving the gold recovery and reducing reagent consumption in low-grade,high-sulfur and refractory gold concentrates,providing technical guidance for the efficient and environmentally friendly utilization of such resources.
