硝酸铜电解精炼过程中电解液内阳极泥颗粒的动态分布对工艺效率及阴极铜纯度具有重要影响.本研究通过颗粒计数器实时监测不同电解时间下颗粒数分布,悬浮阳极泥颗粒数量随着电解时间延长显著增加.结果表明,细小颗粒的累积不仅增加了电解液黏度,还可能导致阴极表面缺陷,降低铜纯度.过滤对细小颗粒去除效果有限.本研究为优化硝酸铜电解工艺和改进净化措施提供了理论技术支持,以抑制阳极泥生成并提升产品质量.

The dynamic distribution of anode mud particles in the electrolyte during the electrolytic refining of copper nitrate has an important influence on the process efficiency and copper cathode purity.In this study,the particle counter was used to monitor the particle number distribution in real time at different electrolysis times,and the number of suspended anode mud particles increased significantly with the extension of electrolysis time.The results show that the accumulation of fine particles not only increases the electrolyte viscosity,but also may lead to defects on the cathode surface and reduce the copper purity.Filtration has limited effect on the removal of fine particles.This study provides theoretical and technical support for optimising the copper nitrate electrolysis process and improving the purification measures to inhibit the generation of anode sludge and enhance the product quality.
