基于氧化铝晶种分解过程中粒度分布难以精准调控的现状,对其形成机理与影响因素进行了系统分析,阐述了温度梯度、搅拌强度及添加剂投加在粒度演化中的协同作用.介绍了激光衍射与电子显微镜等量化测量手段的原理及适用场景,构建了以粒度反馈为核心的分解调控方法.结合分解系统改造案例,研究结果表明,该控制体系可显著提升D50稳定性、收窄粒度分布范围并同步提高析出效率.

Given the current difficulty in precisely controlling particle size distribution during the decomposition of alumina seed crystals,this study systematically analyzes the formation mechanisms and influencing factors,elucidating the synergistic effects of temperature gradients,stirring intensity,and additive addition on particle size evolution.It introduces the principles and applicable scenarios of quantitative measurement methods such as laser diffraction and electron microscopy,and establishes a decomposition control method centered on particle size feedback.Based on a case study of system 改 造,the research findings indicate that this control system can significantly enhance D50 stability,narrow the particle size distribution range,and simultaneously improve precipitation efficiency.
